In this section we learned about how gender impacts youth in many different ways - I linked the video below as a connection to the idea that this sadly is something that is not going away in our society. The TedX talks about gender bias as adults.
Although gender bias is something that we need to be sure is not impacting our students, we need to just remember, no matter the gender, students are going to learn differently. It is most important to base the learning to the students, not just assume they will learn a certain way due to their gender.
